Our group was named after the first martyr, Stephen... "They chose Stephen, a man full of faith and of the Holy Spirit;…Now Stephen, a man full of God's grace and power, did great wonders and miraculous signs among the people."
"While they were stoning him, Stephen prayed, "Lord Jesus, receive my spirit." Then he fell on his knees and cried out, "Lord, do not hold this sin against them." When he had said this, he fell asleep."
Stephen gave his life for Christ, he set an example before us as a true believer for Christ.
We believe the heartbeat of the mission to spread the good news is the love for Christ.

Stephen was full of courage and Holy Spirit who holds to a belief so strongly that he is willing to die for it. Such was the faith that Stephen had in Jesus Christ.
